It was clear alot of thought and care went into everything. The hosts are friendly and helpful and easy to contact. The site is stunning and has luxurious features (mainly the bath and shower with hot water constantly!) Which, when problems with plumbing happened they had it fixed in 24 hours with a friendly family member assisting and fixing it! The holiday exceeded expectations and the location is perfect. Extras provided like outdoor games, pressed towels and treats to indulge in contributed to a very high standard holiday. We would highly recommend this holiday! ...

Brilliant off the grid location, but not far from South Molton centre if you want to hunt down some cheese, bread, wine and a wonderful, quaint farmers market. Location - perfect, with sheep, horses, tractors, "a swamp" as my son called it, but actually a moss filled pond. Lots of beautiful nature to unwind and reset in. And lots of different seating to take in the breath-taking views of it all. Outdoor bath - smashing addition! A woman's touch. Very, very nice with all the necessaries. Both romantic and just downright "au-natural." Very well done on this. Fire pit - perfect, with unlimited logs and kindling and fire lighters, all to be able to enjoy bbqs, and smores with the family. Hosts - what a wonderful family. To be greeted hospitality by Nicky and children and dog, Mabel. But also to be called prior to our trip was ultimately the best customer experience. If you want family owned, authentic kindness and nature. THIS. IS. THE. PLACE. We came here as an escape from London city life but also to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. They immediately took this on board, put up a Happy Birthday, banner and left him a cone of candies personalised to him. Touched by details. Anemities, were all above board. Plan to revist. Well done to our gracious hosts! ...

We booked this stay for the adventure. And adventure is what we got. It gave us some quality time as a family. The Lorry is very well equipped with everything you need and makes it's a very comfortable.

Our hosts were so kind and helpful and our daughter really enjoyed playing with their kids and the animals on the farm. It was a unique and unforgettable experience.

Polly exceeded our expectations as first class "glamping" accomodation. It was the perfect "off-grid" detox in a beautiful location, with nothing for miles other than the nearby farm animals which children will adore. The accomodation was very well equipped and the owners had certainly thought of every little detail. Comfortable, clean and perfect for a family of 3 or 4. We stayed across a particulary hot spell (35degC!) for the UK, but the accomodation was comfortable to sleep at night and the small private wood with hammock, was a lovely cool spot to relax. For food, the "lorry" is well equipped to cater, but The Bell - in Chittlehampton, which is a very pleasant walk across a few fields, serves great food. Thanks to Nicki and family for helping where needed and their young son for transporting our luggage on his "Petrol Pony" :). Thanks again for a great escape!...
