Cottage is excellent, the garden is the stand out highlight especially for our dog who loved it and the children who loved the swing. There is nothing to fault, the place is beautiful, and the scones and clotted cream on arrival went down very well! Only comment is no instructions for any of the utilities, though you can Google instructions, having them available would have helped....

An excellent well maintained clean cottage. If you have mobility issues you may find difficulty in the pedestrian access. Parking is great enough for the largest of vehicles. A map where the property is would be a help as we had trouble finding it even with Sat Nav. The nearest town Looe is quaint but looking a bit tired . However the bay at Seaton is quite excellent. The garden at the cottage is the crowning glory of the property it is well kept secluded and quite beautiful with lush lawns and wild vegetation . If you are looking for a quiet retreat at a great price we thoroughly recommend it....
