The Bird Box is absolutely wonderful. The bed is sumptuously comfortable and from it you can watch the stars or listen to the birds in the early hours. It is perfectly well equipped and has useful touches like an OS map of the area. We would certainly stay again...

The Bird Box is a beautiful place, very secluded. I loved every minute. The cabin is small but there’s everything you need, including a small wood burner in case it gets cold. The separate bathroom cabin is fine, and the outside bath a great idea. The garden is surprisingly large and there are lots of walks and countryside to explore around it too. The hosts are very friendly but not intrusive....
