A beautifully situated property, easy access to the nearby village centre (with its well-stocked village shop, and a variety of good places for food and drink). In many ways ideal. But we must point that heating / TV / cooker etc preferably operated by Alexa. If that is your preference, you will be OK. Otherwise could be quite challenging....

We do appreciate that not everyone is a fan of using smart assistants and although Alexa can be handy, it isn’t a requirement to use the facilities at Gull Rock View. Everything can still be used the good ol’ fashioned way, and should you wish to use Alexa then instructions are in the house pack. A very comfortable home from home property. Easy walking distance to Porthcurnick beach, and the Hidden Hut, and also into the village. Off road parking for 2 cars and also close to bus stops for going to St Mawes or Truro. Two nice pubs offering good food also within walking distance....

Perfect for all our needs, clean and comfortable with a pretty garden and beautiful view. Located in a quiet and friendly area, halfway between the beach and village. Will definitely be staying again.

The cottage is very suitable for those looking for a quiet holiday with sea views and within walking distance of a coastal village with shop, pub and other eating places. Other places of interest are short drives away.
