The climbing roses are a real delight in the spring and are full of scent and colour.
The second bedroom is lovely and light with a double bed and a blissful space to relax with a good book while the sunshine streams in.
The colourful third bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed (Smugglers accommodates five with flexibility of beds), perfect for children.
The family shower-room is located on the first floor.

Smugglers is a gorgeous Cornish cottage and there are little steps throughout, both internally and externally.
Relax on the deck in the evening in the luxurious lounge chairs and enjoy a drink around the fire-pit.
Enjoy a yummy breakfast from St Agnes bakery.
Venture out to the idyllic Chapel Porth Beach.
The majestic Wheal Coates engine house is well worth a visit.
Outside, you will find the Surf and Fur Shack, with useful utility area. To the rear of the cottage is an outside shower area where you can rinse off sandy paws and salty surfboards at the end of the day.

Superb cottage, well stocked and equipped. Central in St Agnes with easy access to great pubs, restaurants, cafes and bakeries! Beautiful old property with a nice garden for entertaining. We had a fantastic week.

We had a great week staying at Smugglers and the location was perfect for walking into St Agnes. A very generous gift of milk, Bubbly, orange and biscuits were gratefully received and enjoyed so thank you! Although there is no direct parking outside Smugglers this was no problem as we found parking very close by, however this may be more of a challenge in peak season, but there is a pay public carpark near by. ...

Beautiful cottage in perfect location, very cosy and had everything we needed. Was a little concerned about parking prior to us going as was on road parking, however was not a problem at all as plenty of space just further down from cottage . St Agnes has everything and more , food in the Tap House and Driftwood Spars excellent , and the Miners arms in Mithian definitely worth visiting for proper home cooked pub food , lovely coastal walks and fabulous beaches close by . Would definitely recommend ....
