We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage which is in a lovely peaceful setting. The cottage is very well equipped, comfy and spacious even with 3 generations staying there. It was an added bonus to have the snug room for the kids with a second TV! There are no facilities in Burlawn apart from a little playground so it does mean having to drive everywhere but it’s only a 5-10 minute drive into Wadebridge which has everything you need including 2 nice butchers, a fishmonger, chemist, supermarkets and pubs. There is a lovely nearby forest about a 10 minute walk away but it is very steep and unfortunately bit too challenging for our aged Labrador but would be perfect for those with young, fit dogs! ...

A lovely and quiet location but with easy access to some super towns and beaches. Great for cycling on the Camel Trail, eating out / shopping in Padstow and outdoor Karting nearby.
