A lovely well laid out house with an enclosed dog-friendly garden and off-road parking. A quiet location, but near to the harbour and the town and handy for the coast path and Berry Head.

Once Upon a Tide was a perfect holiday cottage. Clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The real bonus was its location, just a 5 minute walk down the hill to the harbour and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house was spotless, beds extremely comfortable, an amazing bath/ shower, everything you could need in the kitchen, a lovely well kept garden with views of the sea, in fact I cannot fault a thing! Location was superb and we enjoyed the short walk to the harbour and all its restaurants. My favourite place to visit was St.Mary’s Bay - a beautiful uncrowded beach, the perfect place for children to play and explore. In all I highly recommend ‘Once Upon A Tide’! ...

Perfect location for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area. The house was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well -equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had a great stay in Once Upon a Tide. The house is well equipment, modern and in great condition. Being a short walk to Brixham town center, the Breakwater and Shoalstone Pool, and Berry Head nature reserve means that you can stay the whole week without using the car if you don't want too. As a family of 5 we had plenty of room spend our time. I'd highly recommend a stay here....
