You may be lucky enough to see the owners' livestock from their working farm graze in a field nearby.
The pretty seaside town of St Ives. Enjoy some traditional seaside fun, hop on a boat and visit Seal Island, or indulge in a fish and chip supper on the harbour.
St Ives has six beaches waiting to be discovered.
Visit St Michael's Mount in Marazion and then stop off at Perranuthnoe and step back in time.
Notable art deco architecture from 1935 gives this open-air lido right on the shingle beach in Penzance an exotic feel.
Take a drive over to Pedn Vounder and visit the cove where many episodes of Poldark were filmed.

This is an excellent cottage in a perfect location to get away from it all. In June there were fantastic colourful sunrises and sunsets. It’s location is also excellent for cloud watching. Between St Ives and Penzance, there are ample opportunities to experience the North and South coastlines. Woon Summer is a spacious cottage, very homely with good quality furnishings and for dog owners is a very good location. You should, however, remember that this is a working farm so dogs should be well behaved and supervised so that they do not disturb the animals. We were fortunate to have cows and new born calves during our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming, took an interest in us and nothing was too much trouble. They made the trip a special one....

Superb location, a well presented beautiful cottage. Perfectly located for walks from the front door or a small drive to St Ives, Lands End or Penzance.
