A quiet and clean rural retreat, very well kept. We had a lovely stay and would visit again! Great walks in the area. The cottage and outside area were more spacious than we expected based on the photos.

My mum and dad stayed in the stables and my family stayed in the pigsty. Which worked out really well because they were next door to each other. Walked in the door and greeted with cake. Lovely touch. Lovely open space in the living room and kitchen (stables slightly bigger space than pigsty). Great for socialising. They provided towels, linen, cleaning sprays, washing up liquid etc. So didn't have to worry about any if that. They had a washing machine and dish washer. The stables had a back garden which was secure for our dog and toddler. Had everything we needed for a self accommodation. My mum was really impressed with facilities and items provided. She didn't have to pack the whole kitchen sink on this occasion. If you had a lot of family staying, you could hire out all four barns. That's would be amazing. Trying somewhere different next year with Classic Cottages but will definitely be back in the future. I know its a two bedroom but not quite big enough for us all to stay in one with a toddler. Can be done but I like me space. ...
