Beautiful cottage, immaculately clean, fabulous crazy shower! everything you need to make a comfortable stay but a freezer of some sort is really needed . As was advertised on site with a freezer. Although I was informed of this, it was a bit late in the day to be told as was due to go within a few weeks . It would have been something I would have considered not booking the property because of this . A freezer even a small compartment in a fridge I would say is a must on a self catering holiday . Mattress in the main bedroom is extremely hard ! I admit I’m not a good sleeper away from home but even my husband who can sleep any where found it uncomfortable . Had to take the quilt off the other bed and sleep on that which did solve the problem . Overall lovely place in beautiful grounds . Lovely and peaceful exactly what we wanted...
