We recently stayed at Ferrycombe, we like the cottage it was just as we expected, the front garden is a little larger than we had expected which was good and a lovely place to relax in at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay but paid for a week and left after 4 days. Not enough to do especially as views restricted at barn. We returned home to Cornwall where there was far more to do for the remainder of our week - so many more beautiful places to visit, easier to get provisions and far more choice of places to eat. ...

Stunning location, with views that are hard to tear yourself away from. Well equipped and very comfortable cottage. Beautiful walks directly from property. A great holiday home for all ages and dog friendly too. We had a wonderful stay, a highlight being taking the barbecue to the beach for summer solstice and watching the sun set behind Burgh Island with the family, magical! Loved our week and the location is so good. We were blessed with good weather and buying fresh cauliflower and veg from the Farmer was a delight.
