Medleys Barn is extremely comfortable and the location is beautiful and peaceful. The furnishings are stylish and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed at Medley's Barn twice now and would definitely book again....

We had a wonderful time at Medleys Barn. It is set in a beautiful location, with endless things to do in the vicinity: walking, steam trains, stately homes, beautiful gardens, zoos and more. The house itself is lovely and very well equipped: it was rather hot upstairs but this was during the heatwave, and Sophie thoughtfully provided a fan and a big bag of ice for our stay. The children loved their room and the tennis court, and we all enjoyed meeting Beetle the dog! There was a plumbing issue during our stay and Sophie, despite being on holiday herself, got it sorted extremely promptly. We would all highly recommend the Barn!...

This is our second visit to Medleys and won’t be our last. We absolutely love it. The barn is spacious and light and if you like tennis / pottery and peace and quiet of the countryside then it’s perfect. Sophie and Charlie are lovely hosts living on site but leaving you total privacy. The area is lovely and local amenities easy to reach. We love it. I am hoping the nice review doesn’t mean we can’t book next year!! ...
