Great location as a base for the perfect break. The Orangery is a character property with all the features you could want, including a lovely little seaside balcony.

A property full of charm in unique, beautiful surroundings. Very warm and comfortable, a joy to stay in. With safe parking right outside one can hide the car keys and just enjoy the park (almost all to yourself when the visitors have departed), it's beaches or just potter across the way and take the ferry to Plymouth attractions. Icecream, coffee, cream tea, lunch - all to hand next door in the Orangery all of which can be enjoyed inside or out in the formal garden. ...

This was a charming property in the lovely setting of parkland. It has unexpectedly good public transport links with Plymouth and nearby Cornish villages. Set right on the edge of the Tamar as it meets the sea the water also provides an endlessly changing vista from the sitting room....

Liked the raised platform in the yard. Waterside location. Easy access to Cremyll ferry and Royal William Yard ferry. Good parking spot by cottage.
