Will be returning to this lovely cottage in its unique surroundings
Mrs Jackson August 2021
A property full of charm in unique, beautiful surroundings. Very warm and comfortable, a joy to stay in. With safe parking right outside one can hide the car keys and just enjoy the park (almost all to yourself when the visitors have departed), it's beaches or just potter across the way and take the ferry to Plymouth attractions. Icecream, coffee, cream tea, lunch - all to hand next door in the Orangery all of which can be enjoyed inside or out in the formal garden. ...

Ms Place August 2021
This was a charming property in the lovely setting of parkland. It has unexpectedly good public transport links with Plymouth and nearby Cornish villages. Set right on the edge of the Tamar as it meets the sea the water also provides an endlessly changing vista from the sitting room....

lovely location BUT the description 'Occasionally The Orangery restaurant is used for weddings, and you may hear the drift of music and laughter (please check with the Sales team if you wish to come when no weddings are planned)' was somewhat wide of the mark, it was far louder than a drift. Ideal if you are a guest at a wedding as right next door and noise would not be an issue....

Liked the raised platform in the yard. Waterside location. Easy access to Cremyll ferry and Royal William Yard ferry. Good parking spot by cottage.
