Lovely place with all the facilities one might want. One of the best wood stoves we have come across, easy to light and if fed a little at a time a wonderful flame. No problems parking and an easy walk to the local shop and pubs. Lovely walks all round, including to Greenway (NT) from the house....

We have not previously booked a property, in October, at the 'high end' of the rental scale. In the case of Agatha Cottage, worth the difference. The Reception Lounge/Diner and Bathroom deserve special mention. Very well situated for accessing the surrounding area (NT Properties/ Heritage railway/ Kingswear-Dartmouth/ Broadsands Beach with its excellent Cafeteria/ local walks....
