The Prince of Wales Pier in nearby Falmouth is a great place to hop on a local ferry or boat trip (why not hop over to St Mawes?).
Stunning Kynance Cove on the Lizard Peninsula is well worth a visit.

Little Woon is a magical, magnetic place in a wonderful area. It really is hard to drag yourself away and it’s so easy to stay reading on the sofa or outside in the lovely garden with a glass of something. It’s a great place to truly unwind. Laura and Jim are the best hosts. There if needed and with lots of ideas and inspiration for things to do and places to visit but equally happy to leave you to yourselves if that is what works for you. I really want to return as I have come home feeling energised and wanting to see all the places I didn’t have time to get to! ...
