Superb stay in this first-class property. Excellent friendly hosts and beautiful stay. Versatile accommodation with the en-suite bedrooms and really comfortable living area. The location was beautiful and we had a very warm welcome from our hosts. Excellent location within easy reach of the sea at Sidmouth, Seaton or Buddleigh Salterton, and near nice country walks, especially along the River Otter and the old railway line. A wonderful holiday, and we hope to return....

Overall we had a nice stay, the area is very quiet and relaxing but near to the coast and plenty of good walking. A bit more attention to detail would improve the cottage experience. We had a few minor gripes that would be easy to rectify and would recommend the cottage, BUT only once the smell has gone....

Excellent 5-night break. Owners were most pleasant and helpful. Unusually well-fenced garden was perfect for one small dog. The property is in a delightful situation and with good, off-road walks leading from it. We know the East Devon area well as our son and family live in Exeter. We were able to meet up with them easily. Good pubs nearby and the Sidmouth Waitrose just along the main road. We hope to return... Thank you!...

Cider Barn was by far the most tasteful and well equipped property that we have e ver rented in Devon. The owner was most helpful and there were several welcome touches when we arrived, like cake,milk, juice and fresh flowers in the living room. It exceeded our expectations....
