One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. Well appointed with quality fittings and spotlessly clean. Very helpful owners and special touches such as fresh flowers and delicious cake. Take notice of warnings about steep drive but other parking nearby. ...

The house was clean, welcoming and spacious enough for us. The owners kept in touch too by text, which was a great comfort. They sound fantastic and passionate about their holiday home. All in all a fantastic and much needed break, in a lovely location in an amazing holiday home....

Kephalo is a lovely, welcoming home ideally situated in the centre of Beer. Beer itself has everything you need during a holiday; general store, delicatessen, pub and other shops. The house was very comfortable and clean and has a nice, cosy feel to it. The downstairs bedroom is ideally suited to grandparents as it’s tucked away at the rear of the house and has a shower room adjacent. The conservatory is ideal for a cuppa and a read (or glass of wine!). The parking is a bit of a squeeze and on a gradient but the village car park is very close by. This house is in a idyllic spot just a couple of minutes walk away from beer beach. House had everything you could possibly need and arriving to a perfectly laid table with cotton table clothes and freshly made lemon drizzle cake was lovely. The property owners were exceptional too, we loved our stay so much and would definitely stay again ...

Mr Shoefield July 2020
Kephalo was a wonderful place to stay. The cottage is extremely well equipped and all the bedrooms are a good size, even the single. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of space to spread out. The location is perfect - close enough to the village and the beach but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. And very close to some beautiful coastal walks. Nichola and Alan proved wonderful hosts. They couldn't do enough for us and were always on hand to answer any questions. We even had lovely homemade cake and scones awaiting us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. ...
