This is a fantastic house in a brilliant location. The house is extremely well equipped with plenty of space for families to gather and also spread out if doing different things. We particularly liked the location which is in easy walking distance to the beach and meant our teenagers could come and go as they pleased. We have holidayed in Polzeath a number of times and love the stunning location, the cleanliness of the beach and the great surfing and surf school. A brilliant fun filled holiday was had by all....

We have just returned from a fantastic week's holiday at Eastnor. The property is really great and there is lots of space - so you can spread out if you want some private space to grab some quiet 'down time', yet the communal spaces can accommodate all of the family if you want to be together. The place is decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean throughout. The kitchen is excellent and has every gadget and gizmo a cook could want with not one, but two fridge freezers and two dish washers. Oodles of crockery and cutlery so even with a big party, you don't have to always be running the dishwasher. We enjoyed the log burner in the evenings and it was brilliant to hear my son playing the piano from the adjacent room. It was lovely to chill in the garden - sitting on the swing watching the bunnie rabbits or seeing the sun set in the evening and we had several meals outdoors including a wonderful barbecue on the Weber gas burner. The games room with pool table and bar football provided us with great fun into the early hours. Most rooms have a view of the sea which is just short walk away and the coastal path walks reveal the most breathtaking views. We could not recommend this property highly enough and we were very sad to leave. Thank you very much for providing us with such a great place to saty....

As a large family group Eastnor suited us all to perfection totally. There was a wealth of internal space, the garden was a wonderful safe haven for the children to play and we loved the décor and attention to detail. We have been visiting Cornwall for several decades and stayed in many properties but Eastnor outshines them all. The fact that we had rebooked for next year before we had even left speaks volumes.
