Bedroom 1 is double aspect so really does embrace the wonderful setting.
The en suite bathroom for bedroom 1.
Pretty Bedroom 2.
No need to fight over who gets the best bedroom as they both have wonderful views.
Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower-room.
It doesn't get much better than this!
The bungalow is down below the level of the road.

It is a beautiful place and it was a second visit but felt very vulnerable because of its remoteness (we are 10years older and didn’t notice it before) and because of the very poor internet and telephone signal felt very isolated

Gulls Roost is definitely 'off the beaten track' - tucked away into the cliff with the nearest village (Crafthole) a mile or so away - and we're sorry if this didn't work for you. We apologise for any interruption in the WiFi signal; we've asked the owners to investigate any problems. Mobile signal can be a little 'hit and miss' in some rural/coastal locations and our best advice would be to check your network provider's coverage. If you'd prefer something a little closer to a town or village in the future, our Sales team would be delighted to help.
