We had a wonderful time at Miranda Cottage. The House itself was amazing - well equipped and had plenty of space for a family with three energetic boys. Location is fantastic with the coastline and Helford River a stones throw away for exploring. Ann, who oversees the property on behalf of the owners, was very welcoming and let us know where she was if we need anything during our stay. Would definitely return again, although we do love exploring new places and Classic Cottages seem to have an abundance of great properties to choose from. Thanks for a great holiday. Lovely spacious cottage. Guests should be aware there is only one walk in shower and only an Aga oven to cook in. Delicious home baked welcome. Although dogs are allowed the garden is not escape proof!

Thanks for your review of Miranda Cottage and we're so pleased you had a great time overall. The property boasts an oil-fired Aga as mentioned on the website which is the main source of cooking (with the added benefit of a warm and cosy kitchen!) but there is also a microwave for quicker meals. There is a shower-room with shower on the ground floor, a bath in the en suite to bedroom one and a main bathroom with bath and hand shower attachment all on the first floor. The garden is perfect for dogs and children alike to let off some steam - we wouldn't be able to claim that any the gardens in our properties are completely escape proof as there are some determined four legged fiends out there who can get in or out of anything, but we have included some photos of the garden on our website to help. Maranda Cottage is a beautiful and peaceful highly cared for property. Such a comfortable and clean cottage, big enough for families but just as lovely for a couple like us. Amazing places to visit very close by. We will use Classic Cottages again.
