This is a beautiful apartment, very well placed for the town centre and ferries to St. Mawes and Flushing. Furniture and equipment of a high standard. Couple of small niggles -shower tray moves and the loo seat in the en suite is the wrong size. But generally this a great apartment with beautiful views and very clean, for which thanks. ...

An outstanding property with stunning waterside views in a lovely (if hilly) part of Falmouth. The access to a resident's slipway close by is a real bonus for anyone who enjoys getting afloat....or in the water!

Very attractive location overlooking the estuary with balcony and double aspect living room accommodation. Generally well decorated and comfortable furnishings although the en-suite off the main bedroom should be refurbished with a larger shower cubicle, a more reliable shower and toilet seat. Access to the property is tricky being down a steep slope and tight corner and the signage of number and name should be made clearer. Otherwise an attractive apartment which has a lot to offer despite a few niggles! ...
