Bedroom One has a gorgeous super-king bed is a very welcome sight at the end of a fun packed day. The bed is also 'zip and link' giving you extra flexibility should you require the room with twin beds.

The en suite for the master bedroom is huge! It includes a bath with shower attachment along with a large shower cubicle.
Even the kitchen boasts an amazing view and offers all mod-cons and is fully equipped.

We had a very lovely comfortable time here, so relaxing and a short flat walk into Dartmouth. Amazing terrace overlooking the boats at the marina. We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful apartment. The views over the Marina are stunning. The apartment is really well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best ,if not the best, property we have ever holidayed in both for its overall standard in every way and its wonderful position. It is superbly equipped and the only slight negative it that because it is facing the estuary in Dartmouth, it loses the sun from lunchtime onwards for most of the year. 5 Dart Marina is a beautiful ground floor apartment set right on the river, where there is always something going on. It boasts some 1300 sq. ft of space and is very well furnished and equipped. It is at the northern end of the town, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, although a 5 min walk will find you right in the centre of things. Having said that, Dartmouth is the most relaxing and chilled place you could hope to be. This was our second visit to this apartment and it is already beckoning us back again. ...

What a stunning apartment. The photos online were right although it was bigger than the they let on. Huge rooms and bathrooms! The kitchen was lovely to cook in. The views were fabulous. Decorated to a very high level with lovely ornaments, cushions, beds, sofas - everything put in the apartment has been carefully thought through. We even saw some of the items in the shops in Dartmouth and had to buy a few to take home! Great shops and restaurants in Dartmouth too. The only downside (and there’s nothing that can be done about this) is there’s no sun on the terrace after midday. Maybe in the height of summer there may be more. Would have been lovely to have had drinks on the terrace watching the sun go down. Overall it was exceptional and we’d go back. Classic Cottages were very helpful and I’d use them again when hiring anywhere in the UK. ...
