Lovely peaceful cottage with beautiful views. A fantastic location - situated very close to centre of Falmouth, shops, boats, eateries etc. The Boathouse Pub nearby sells tasty evening meals and has very friendly staff. If you like Falmouth I can imagine this is a cottage you'd keep coming back to. Superb location as near to town as you can get, great views across the harbour to the docks and Flushing and a (narrow) parking spot outside the front door. A nice terrace that gets the morning sun. Very cosy. Great touring base for south Cornwall. Good selection of restaurants in town....

Lovely, well equipped property with stunning views over the Fal and very conveniently situated for walking into Falmouth. As a couple with a smallish car we enjoyed it very much, but think it might be a bit small for a family and parking space only suitable for a small/medium car....
