Great view from living area and balcony. Well equipped and beautifully appointed base in this pretty part of Cornwall. We went with our 2 grown up children and their partners and had a great family time together. No nearby pubs or restaurants but St Mawes is possible to walk to. However the house is so lovely and kitchen well equipped for cooking to be enjoyed together with the great view in the background....

Lovely peaceful location. Comfy seating and bedding. Balcony gets afternoon sunshine. Very handy for St Mawes. Be aware the staircase is polished wood, open tread with a turn at the top, if you have any mobility issues.

It was amazing - the view is even more beautiful than the pictures. The property had everything you could think of - cooked amazing food every night- even found fresh lobster at the farm shop. Would love to stay again

We had a lovely stay. The house is perfectly situated for walking coastal paths, wonderful scenery and great food, pubs, restaurants and foodie takeaway. Very comfortable and the views from the lounge provided us with a lovely array of sunsets and changing skies. We will definitely return. ...
