The Camel Trail also has amazing views.
You don't have to get back in the car if you don't want to. Explore on foot or bycycle, there is plenty to see and do. Padstow is around a 20 minute walk via the Camel Trail.

The description Glamping does not do the Shepherd's Hut justice. The hut itself is thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted and cosily comfortable. The location is idyllic, with fabulous views over the Camel estuary, Padstow and the surrounding countryside - all of which can be enjoyed while drinking tea in bed! The owners' home is nearby but the hut is positioned and screened to avoid being overlooked and they are extremely careful to leave their guests in peace - even sending texts to make sure we had everything we needed rather than calling in. We had a warm welcome on arrival and found the hut provisioned with everything we needed - including a delicious cream tea. Padstow is a pleasant walk along the camel trail and we only needed the car for excursions. All of which added up to a wonderful week and we were sad to leave....

Myself and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.The sheperds hut is a superb stay,what a view!We would love to stay here again sometime and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in fantastic surroundings....

It was our second stay at the Shepherd's Hut in 2019 (and it's only May). I think that tells you how wonderful the accommodation is. The location and hosts are second to none. We'll be back.
