Fantastic property and beautiful location. Would recommend booking through classic cottages as we have done now a few times. Any problems or issues that may come up, they’re on the end of the phone and they are quick to rectify any query’s. We had 1 or 2 issues which classic converted into very positive outcomes. Would definitely use the again because of their level of service and would definitely book tides reach again because it’s beautiful, well stocked with amenities, great views and an owner who is quick to reply to queries (via classic). You can’t really go wrong. Looking forward to our future stays. ...

This is a lovely very well equipped property for extended family hols as there is space to be together or to have quiet times. It has been set up to make the most of the sensational views across the Solent to Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower. The Coastal Path is just in front of the house which provided many very enjoyable walks in both directions. Kitchen is a bit small if there are 10 people and also the freezer only has 2 draws so just need to plan carefully. Oh, and non slip slippers needed for toddlers!! All the floors are lovely wooden hard floors which are slippery. This property will stay on our list of places to revisit....

We loved being at Tides Reach. We could have spent all day just gazing at the sea. The proximity to the beach was a big plus. We saw beautiful sunsets. The house was well furnished. We particularly loved the library area with books for all age groups. ...
