The main bedroom also shares those wonderful sea views and has an en suite shower-room.
Kennack Sands is a short stroll down the hill, the waters are perfect for swimming, the beach has a lifeguard in the main season as well as a beach hut and beach cafe selling drinks, snacks and ice creams.
4 The Beach has fabulous views over the beach.
The kitchen is stylish and very well-equipped.
Being open makes this a very sociable space even for the cook!

There are only eight apartments in the building making them rather exclusive. The apartment is on the first floor, in the middle of the photo with the windows open.
In the shared courtyard there is a table and chairs, bench seat and washing line for guests' use.
Kennack Sands has a dog-friendly area of beach next to the main beach, just follow the signs when you get down there.
There is a shared lawn next to the building, a perfect spot for relaxation and playtime.
Kynance Bay is one of those places you must visit during your stay.
Coverack bay is a short drive away or an eight mile walk. Enjoy a drink/bite to eat before heading back along the coast path.
The apartment is on the first floor so there is a flight of stairs or a lift.
There are footpaths right on your doorstep or follow the lane around 900 yards to the beach.
Lizard Point, the lighthouse and cafe is another great place to visit.
Pretty Cadgwith Cove is less than two miles away by car or a 35 minute walk including a rather steep hill on the way back, but it is well worth it!

The immediate area on approach to the apartment block, leaves a little to be desired. The apartment it's self however is fantastic, well equipped, comfortable and with views to die for.

Think it is worth adding to the description that this property does have underfloor heating which must give more incentive during the cooler months. The view and general enviroment is stunning every home comfort is included. It may be worth a mention that there are tv aerial points in both bedrooms. Potters Bar serves as a good local for a drink whereby for good food wood reccomend Cadgwith Cove pub or the Halzephron Inn. If you like Thai food there is a little takeaway hut nearly opposite weds-sat eves . ...

Contemporary but welcoming apartment with the most amazing views of the cove. Beautifully furnished and equipped, and close to some of the loveliest beaches, walks and restaurants.

A fantastic stay in a great location. The apartment was superbly furnished and equipped. Easy to book, we will stay with Classic Cottages again and hopefully return to 4 The Beach.
