Best cottage we have ever stayed in. Fresh and gorgeous décor with a real beach holiday feel. Ideally located, 2 minutes from a dog-friendly, beautiful beach. Secure garden with comfy garden furniture. Children are well catered for with cutlery, toys, beach equipment and spare bedding if needed. Clean throughout with 3 bathroom - very spacious. Modern furniture and full of little extras. Wouldn't hesitate to book Ledge View again, thank you....

For us the overall value for money was doubly so as we had a reduced price for the time of year. It did not diminish the experience at all despite arriving in Storm Gareth! Lots of local walks and within close proximity to both the beach and Bembridge its-self....
