Grand View certainly lives up to it's name. The view is amazing and changes by the minute. The house itself is immaculate and has everything you need for your vacation. Our dog loved the huge garden area. A big thank you to Nick the owner who was so attentive and full of knowledge about the area. Will definitely be back....

Owners very attentive and helpful. Great service all round, can’t fault property and a great location to explore South Devon. Would recommend. Property perfect for all weathers/ anytime of year with stunning views. We felt very cosy in February with log burner and listening to wind outside - changing landscape in sun and then rain was wonderful. Our stay at Grand View was a very welcome break and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The house was very comfortable and for a holiday, the open plan design worked really well. The kitchen was a joy to cook in! Wonderful setting and views and perfect location for exploring this part of Devon....
