The Linney is extraordinarily good, it’s not your average holiday house. Well thought out and designed with breathtaking views of the sea. There were no disappointments for us with this property, and the site owners are very welcoming. The place is so relaxing, and the North Devon coastline in this area is rugged and interesting. It ticked all boxes for us and we would not hesitate to recommend it....

The Linney is an amazing place, it is truly a little gem. It is, if not the best holiday cottage we have every stayed at, it is home from home with everything you could possible need. The views are absolutely to die for. Sitting on the terrace in the evening around the 'fire pit', with a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunsets, so peaceful and relaxing. We were given a very warm welcome from the owner Sian. The welcome basket and the milk in the fridge ready for a cuppa were all part of the little extras. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, so glad we have put in an advance booking for next year. ...

We had the most wonderful stay. Everything in The Linney was perfect for us. We woke up to that magnificent view after a great sleep, made breakfast and then out everyday. We rushed back for sundowners on the terrace every evening followed by dinner prepared in that fabulous kitchen. So much to do and see. We will have to go back again and again to take in all that North Devon has to offer. We loved every minute!!!! ...
