What can I say, the view is worth the entrance fee on its own. It looked good in the pictures, but they don't do it justice. I have never watched so little TV on holiday, just looked out the window. Very cosy, comfortable cottage especially on the odd days the wind was blowing and rain falling. Everything you need and very clean. The Wi-Fi is a bit challenging, but the place is very rural and I know from experience this can be difficult to improve. It's fine for browsing, just don't expect to stream HD films, look out the window instead. Excellent places to eat around, highly recommend the Pyne Arms and the local crab sandwiches in Lynmouth were amazing. The Farm shop in Coombe Martin also has excellent produce if you fancy cooking, try the ribeye steaks. All I'll say is we booked it for next year as soon as we got back. Definitely the place to chill out and forget real life for a week....

A lovely, quiet, spacious cottage with sea views. It is probably the best equipped cottage we have stayed in with ample crockery, and cutlery. Wi-fi is poor and almost non-existent. You will need to use 5G. Care is needed on the drive up past the farm but there is an alternative route through the campsite. You can walk down to the pub but it is a steep walk back! Good walks nearby such as Morte Point, Baggy Point plus beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe. We would happily stay again - preferably in warmer months so that we could enjoy the patio....

The linney was an beautiful place to stay, with amazing views out to the sea. There were plenty of coastal walk within easy reach. And a great place to explore North Devon from. Would definitely stay at the linney again.

Mrs Bowditch March 2023
A lovely warm cosy cottage with stunning views. Everything provided to make a relaxing easy stay. Very well equipped and a generous welcome basket. But be aware the TV and Internet reception are poor and mobile signal non- existent. We had a wonderful week there and loved watching the rabbits!!...

It's so nice that you enjoyed the warmth and comfort of this gorgeous cottage with its lovely terrace to enjoy those glorious views and watch the rabbits. We're sorry that you had signal difficulties whilst on your stay - signal can be affected on occasion in such exposed coastal areas and we do try to highlight this with a mention in the description. We'd love you to return to Classic again in the future and we're here to help with any questions you may have ahead of your booking. Donna, Customer Support...
