Orchard Barn is situated very close to Oak Tree Barn with shared access and parking. The front of Orchard Barn overlooks the parking area and in not private. The garden was nice for our dogs, safe enough, although very small dogs maybe able to get through the wire fencing, the septic tank is in the middle of the garden. The cottage is very compact wifh limited space and the shower room is very small. The cottage is in need of a deep clean, wooden beams and lampshades were coverd in dust and cobwebs. Cutlery and baking trays had to be washed before use. Orchard Barn is not as private and seclided as we were lex to believe and we were very disappointed....

We do try to be as accurate as we can with our online photos and descriptions, and we have tried to show this cosy property in an honest light with respect to size and location to the neighbouring Oak Tree Barn. We're so pleased that your dogs enjoyed the wonderful garden and whilst we do advertise the garden as being enclosed, it is good to keep in mind that we cannot guarantee any of our gardens to be 100% escape proof for some of our more determined four-legged guests! Dogs love the garden, we love the quiet and also the ability to relax in the garden taking in the sun and the wine.
Recommend the Maypole and the inns. Also Pynes farm shop in Birdgwater.

The cottage is situated in a lovely part of Somerset. Wonderful walks all round. The closed in garden was fabulous for our two dogs. Emily the owner couldn't have been more helpful especially when we needed help a couple of times. The welcome pack she provided ( tea cake,biscuits for the dogs ) was a lovely gesture. The beds also were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing week, and hopefully will return soon....
