It was just perfect! All of the little details, the kindness and unobtrusive nature of Mr and Mrs Knox, our dog loved having his own little garden and especially his visits from Ben! The hot tub was a really nice touch and the hut was the perfect mix of feeling close to nature but also having the amenities to make it comfortable. Waking up to hearing the farm animals and the sunlight coming through the curtains was just perfect. Also, the little things like having a view of the farm animals from our window, the peace and quiet and even the wine and cake on arrival. Could not fault anything! We will certainly be back! Wow! Lamb's Tale is THE perfect hideaway retreat for a couple and their four-legged friend. We had such an amazing time and are already planning to go back! The hut itself has everything you need, from the well-equipped kitchen area to the hot shower to the comfy king-size bed. The garden is a great size and escape-proof for the dog. And the location couldn't be better - less than a five minute walk and you're in the Quantock Hills - stunning scenery and fantastic walks. Lots of lovely villages nearby too, with supermarkets available in nearby Bridgwater as well. The owners, Sue and Terry, are very friendly and helpful but totally unobtrusive. Just THE place to stay for a cosy and chilled out getaway - we can't wait to go back....
