The folly on the Mount Edgcumbe Estate with views across Plymouth Sound to the city of Plymouth.
The pretty twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand provide a real step back in time, with colour washed cottages, narrow streets and a seemingly disproportionate number of pubs and cafes!
The working fishing town of Looe provides traditional seaside charm where you can try your luck at crab, mackerel or even deep sea shark fishing.

This is an absolute gem of a cabin! Very easily accessible (we travelled by bus) - only a short stroll from the road but so secluded. We didn't need or want to go anywhere. We just enjoyed the stunning views, tucked up and cosy while the winds raged outside. The cabin has a lovely feel - light and airy and characterful. The kitchen is well equipped to cook up a feast. A wonderful relaxing week and we can't wait to visit again....

This is a dream location for swimmers and walkers. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and the water wonderful to swim in at anytime of the day. The steep cliff access path ensures the beach doesn’t get overcrowded and on some days we almost had this beach to ourselves! There are a variety of walks to local villages for essential supplies, coffee, lunch/dinner. We loved the organic vegetarian cafe in Milbrook which also had fresh sourdough bread every day: a 5km round trip. Kingsand and Cawsand as well as Crafthole were also lovely walks with great options for food and drinks. There is a fabulous vegetarian takeaway in Downderry: Somethink Different, which did fantastic fresh juices and wraps, sandwiches etc. A brilliant pit-stop when out walking. The cabin is small but has everything you might need for simple living. The best of the space is outside on the large decking area. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. We were lucky to see the dolphins in the bay twice on our visit: absolutely wonderful! We stayed for three weeks and really loved Rockwater Cabin and hope to return. ...
