The cottage itself is very good, but it is not the place to go if you like sitting out in evening with a drink and a rural view. It is only 2 houses down from the main street and surrounded by houses on all sides.

Superb location with shop, butchers, take aways and 2 pubs but only a short drive from Bude central. The cottage was perfect for a small family with little ones, my kids loved their cute room together, beds super comfy. We enjoyed breakfast and locally bought fish and chips in the courtyard. The cottage was beautiful and decorated to such a high standard. The owners have given it such lovely little touches. There is a pretty little courtyard to sit in which was private and the village had all the amenities you need.

Clean, cosy, and well equipped cottage. Convenient for exploring Cornwall and Devon. Friendly local pub and shops in the village. We had a very good break here and would highly recommend a stay here.
