Unspoilt views of the beautiful beaches and sea. Comfortable property for a family with easy access to the beach and coastal walks Easy to get to St Mawes by car and local villages The owner is open to constructive feedback which we gave . A lovely position, perfect for beach & walking. Access to front door a little awkward especially if you have walking difficulties. If you like to watch TV this isn't the place for you. Not enough seating in TV room. Place requires some tlc

A good property in a great location, but in need of some TLC and modernisation. We lacked mugs / glasses on arrival but spoke to Classic and they were, as always tremendous - empathetic, kind and helpful! As for the property the main problem is the trees / hedges are just starting to block some of the lovely view. This will probably only be a bigger issue from next year onwards as the vegetation continues to grow. Other than the view slowly blocking a lovely holiday in a great area....
