Simply, this is not a holiday home it is a home! The standard of accommodation is second to none and made our stay so relaxing and comfortable. Add to this a garage and a driveway for parking and it is pretty well perfect. The view to the rear of the house is stunning and when you add on sunshine for most of the day over the rear gardens you can't ask for any more. The village of Portscatho is also well provided for with excellent general store, butchers and pub. The only downside to the pub is that you have to walk up a hill known locally as Heart Attack Hill to get back to the house. Mind you, it does burn off a few calories. A walk along the coastal path takes you to The Hidden Hut, which is well worth a visit. Terrific property that is well worth visiting, but please leave a week or two for us....

Thank you for a lovely week in Harbour View. We have been visiting Portschatho for 15 years and this is by far our favourite house rental so far. The house is fantastic, really well stocked and has the most incredible views for our morning cuppa! We really appreciated the welcome pack, and all the little extras like logs and kindling.
