Wonderful, private position with a short walk into all that St Mawes has to offer... Sitting on the sofa with the door open to the deck at dusk listening to the birds evening song and the sea washing against the shore was very special. We also enjoyed watching the cargo boats being escorting in and out of Falmouth port....

The two roll-back doors in the Dining/Sitting area are a great feature and make the house very flexible for 'inside/outside' living. The location is undoubtedly the key feature of the property. With so much going on on the water in front of the house all day long there is hardly any need to leave the house - although not to do so in an area as pretty as St Mawes would be a travesty of course. Very obviously a well-loved and cared for family home. Probably one of the best two properties we have ever stayed in (and the other was in the Caribbean!)...
