Little Gem, really is just that. Riverside walks through the woods straight from the front door. We found the village friendly and the local shop sold delicious pasties, eaten warm on the village green, overlooking the river in the late autumn sunshine was perfect. The location is ideal to explore the area, or just enjoy the many local walks. The cottage is small and the spiral staircase is quite tight and as recommended a suitcase would be a challenge. Second time we have stayed at Little Gem. Love its location in a beautiful little village. Plenty of lovely local walks. Village has everything to make your stay, a nice shop/post office selling local produce & one pub Ship Inn.

Lovely cottage, well equipped. Good location in village, very quiet. Plenty of lovely local walks in the area. Close to Fowey and only a short drive to places like Padstow.
