Lovely apartment with a great view across St. Ives and the harbour. Modern, clean, well equipped, great welcome pack too! Good position, great to have the parking. The walk into town can be taken several was. As you come along the beach, you could be in the Mediterranean! Lots to do and see, many places to eat. Would advise booking restaurants well in advance at peak times, although lots of restaurants do takeaways. Hope to be back, these are first class holiday apartments. ...

Fab apartment with luxury kitchen facilities. Easy 12 mins walk through leafy lane to St ives or 25 mins walk back along the main road .

Pretty much everything you need - clean, comfortable, modern kitchen, fantastic view and lots of space. Easy to find and easy parking and only a very short walk into St Ives. Our only negative is that we found the property to be too warm - in late September we needed the bi-fold doors open at night....

We spent 2 weeks here and really did not want to leave! Amazing location, the best we've stayed in at St Ives / Carbis Bay and utterly breath taking views. Easy walk down to the beach, a bit more strenuous back home up the hill! Very handy bus stop right outside and a big Tesco just down the road. Recommend booking your restaurants in advance! Loved it here so much and will definitely return! ...
