Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.

This was an excellent property, that catered for the whole family. The owners, Emma and Richard, were very helpful and friendly, and it was a pleasure to meet them. The property is well stocked with extra dishes and cutlery so that you didn't need to keep washing up, which for me is part of a holiday! The beds were extremely comfy, and furnishings were all 5 star. For the price we paid, this was an absolute steal. My toddler children were kept entertained by the toys provided and the safe outdoor space, and we enjoyed our evenings sat in front of the log fire. I would love to return here, and I think it is a super location for either a summer or winter break. ...

This is a seriously great place. It's traditional yet modernised. Great for adults but kids too (our were 3 to 6 and the garden was perfect for them). And it's remote enough to give you the feeling you are away from it all, but close enough to all the places you might want to go in Devon (the coast, the moors, Exeter etc). And it will get even better if the owners (who are great,live next door but leave you to get on with it) go thru with their plans to add the games room in the barn. I would definitely come here again....
