Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.

Fabulous house. Very luxurious. Wonderful location with Exmouth, Beer, Budleigh Salterton and Branscomb within easy reach. Set in an idyllic location with stunning views. Extremely well equipped with quality appliances. A fantastic base to explore the area with quick access to the motorway.
