Stunning location, very homely, comfortable and and ample space for our family of 5 spread over 3 generations. We had everything we needed for our Christmas stay including a log burner and plenty of fuel. The owners had provided a Christmas tree and a poinsettia and left a very posh panettone for us along with tea/coffee etc. We all slept soundly (mattresses and bed linen were superb) lulled by the sound of the waves. Underfloor heating worked well as did the air vents next to the windows. We loved our stay and missing the sound of the sea already. Fabulous property! Thank you....

This was our second stay at Cliff House. We stayed in early May. There were 5 adults and a 2 year old, and everything about the house was perfect. It was quiet, both during the day and the night. Access to the beach is very good, perfect for a run around early morning and after tea. We loved looking out of the big windows at the sea, watching the surfers. We absolutely loved our stay here....

A truly lovely stay at Cliff House. We booked the property for a family stay whilst walking the South West Coast Path (which passes through the village just 100m or so up the road from this property). The location is great, overlooking the beach with stunning views east and west along the coast, and is fairly private. The property itself is spacious, very well appointed, and peaceful - and we loved sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars (there is very little light pollution). We were also very impressed with the small village of Perranuthnoe itself - it has a wonderful cafe (Peppercorn Cafe - everything is cooked fresh) and an Inn which also serves excellent food (Victoria Inn - one of the oldest Inns in Cornwall). The other cafe near to the property was closed for refurbishment, so we can't comment on it. We were also very pleased with the good communication and smooth management of everything by Classic Cottages....
