Owner is very friendly but not intrusive at all. Property is in a lovely position, overlooking rolling fields and hills. It's on a country lane with hardly any traffic and the only sounds are of birds and cows. But it's also within easy reach of the main A road so the north coast beaches, Bodmin Moor and Launceston are accessible. The enclosed garden is brilliant for dogs. ...

A very relaxing, restful stay in a comfortable, well equipped cottage. Location, nearby walks and views were superb. Our two dogs enjoyed the safely enclosed garden. Highly recommended if you want a quiet, laid back holiday.

A very comfortable cottage with amazing views and a fully enclosed garden, with table and chairs to sit out if the weather permits. Helpful but non intrusive owner. The kitchen was fantastically equipped…better than my own home! Useful to have a shed for storage. We had a very happy memorable family holiday and our sons dog was made very welcome too. We would love to return so that says everything about the cottage....
