A superb cottage in a peaceful and tranquil part of Devon. The village of Broadwoodkelly nearby has a lovely church that we visited. The cottage fittings are top notch and the underfloor heating a lovely way to heat the house. Wood burner on hand if required! Beds are massive and the whole feel of the place is gorgeous. We received a lovely warm welcome from Alison and her two boys and felt that we were in good hands! Some great walks locally along peaceful country lanes and the beaches of North devon are about an hour away. Westward Ho! was great even on a cold windy day. The waves crashing against the rocks made such a beautiful deep thunderous sound! Nature at its finest! Overall a super cottage. Highly recommended....

Beautifully converted barn, and extremely comfortable bed. We loved watching the great variety of birds that visit the garden. It is a lovely peaceful location. Although being in the heart of the country, an hour or so drive an you can visit the coast of both Devon and Cornwall, so the best of both worlds....
