Art Deco Jubilee Pool sits overlooking the bay at Penzance, ideal for a salt water dip without the waves.
Porthleven is a short drive away and an interesting place to explore.
Surfers should head for the north coast and hit the Atlantic waves at beautiful Sennen Cove.
Walk along the causeway to St Michael's Mount at low tide and catch the ferry boat back when the tide is high.

We loved every second of staying in China Dolls House Cottage! The location was absolutely perfect, with beautiful views of the sea. The cottage was so comfortable, with plenty of furniture to accommodate all of us, and lovely cosy bedrooms and the most kitchen equipment I’ve ever seen! We hope to stay again soon ...

We really enjoyed our stay at the China Dolls House. The house was as described on the 'Classic' website with a couple of updates to the accommodation not shown on the pictures (fencing on the upper garden so a lot safer for kids/dogs). Parking: I thought this could be an issue but our Volvo V90 fitted like a glove (just) and we were able to close the gates for security. A full sized Range Rover/Q7 or similar may struggle to get on the drive so bear this in mind when booking as alternative parking is very limited. The location is ideal for days out to St Ives, Lands End, Minnack etc. The owner communication was absolutely spot on. Really helpful and just added to a great stay. Overall, I cannot recommend the China Dolls House enough, so much so that we will hopefully see you next year!...
