A perfect, cosy hideaway in the countryside just outside St Ives and, therefore, well positioned for exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline. A delightful barn conversion, well equipped and with a lovely garden and outdoor dining area (I wish we'd had the weather to make the most of them!). Well fenced and dog friendly too. The nearby Halsetown Inn has to be recommended - dog friendly and listed as one of the top 10 places to eat in Cornwall. We enjoyed our short break here, despite the dreadful weather!...

Trenance is quite simply a superb cottage situated in a lovely peaceful spot with just the mooing cows and the crowing cockerel as neighbours, but with the best parts of Cornwall within easy reach. Penzance, Hayle, Carbis bay and the wonderful St Ives are but a handful of minutes away. We loved the cottages warm and comfortable reversed layout, with a feature stain glass window that will amaze you when the sun starts to set. ...

A really comfortable cottage with great hospitality from the owner. This wasn't just a space to eat and sleep, it had a lot of extras for home comfort, including books, games and beach equipment.

Cottage is well equipped, in a quiet location, nicely surrounded by cows, rabbits and neighbour dogs. A lovely owner has welcomed us with flowers, cake, eggs and milk for a good start. We would love to come back.
