Only to say that the accommodation was absolutely spotless with everything you could ask for. We would definitely use Geaches Cott again if we visit Falmouth.

Very comfortable house in a great location and with brilliant views of the river Fal. You must be prepared to use a lot of steps. Best to have a small car. Eating out is not cheap.

Thanks so much for your review; we're so pleased that you had a comfortable stay. We do recommend that the private parking for this property is suitable for a medium-sized car but there is limited parking on the main access street. Geach's Cott does have two flights of stairs to the property from the parking-area (three flights from ground level) but we hope you agree that the views certainly make the climb worth it! You can find a whole host of restaurants and bars in Falmouth with something to hopefully suit everyone's pocket but the kitchen in Geach's Cott provides everything you will need to whip up a tasty feast. Our third visit and won't be our last. Always clean and comfortable. Lovely thick bath towels and well equiped kitchen. Only a minute to The Star and Garter and a ten minute stroll to the Working Boat!

The beds are really uncomfortable. Both the single beds and the double. We all thought they were too hard and didn’t sleep well which made for grumpy adults and children.
