To the rear of the cottage, the enclosed garden and private parking; it is easier to reverse through the gates, as the turning circle is quite tight.

Bovington Tank Museum is home to a unique collection of over 300 vehicles, regarded as the best in the world and includes the world's first ever tank.
Lulworth Cove is certainly worth the trip.
The view from Studland's sandy beach with Old Harry Rocks in the distance, the very beginning of the Jurassic Coast.
Nearby Monkey World, is a 65-acre ape and monkey sanctuary and rescue centre.

My second stay at the cottage and will definitely return in the future. The house and location are perfectly located for a walking holiday or for exploring by bus or steamtrain. Lots of great pubs/restaurants in the village centre (5-mins walk) and the local grocery store has a selection of 350 different gins to choose from. It’s perfect! ...

Lovely and welcoming, the welcome hamper and the Christmas tree lights were twinkling as we drove up :-) As ever the cottage was super clean and all the linens of great quality and very fresh. We love this cottage and it's layout works wonderfully for us. We appreciate the attention given to the detail for the guests. We would not hesitate to stay again. Great location and all the pubs/restaurants in the village are excellent....

Our family of five had a brilliant holiday. A superb location for exploring Dorset.
