We had a lovely stay at Tara Cottage! We were so surprised at how much there was to make our self catering holiday an easy one. The Lizard is a hidden gem & this property gives you access straight onto the coastal walks. I wouldn’t recommend for young children as the coastal paths are steep & undulating in places but ideal for children 11+. Lovely owners, clean, light & airy property. ...

It’s a nice property and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and well set up. The gadgets and cookware in the cottage do need an upgrade though. The owner Peter was extremely kind and hospitable. The only issue was that our checkout time was at 10am according to the email from classic cottages but the owners expected us to checkout at 9am for some reason. ...
